BIO:
Billy has over 20 years of Construction Experience with construction management, development, and engineering firms across the country. His management and field experience comes through the combined efforts as a Business Owner, with The TIMU Group, Criterium Engineers, as an independent QA/QC Construction Consultant, and as a Project Manager and Superintendent. Billy is currently providing Construction Consulting Services through Gibson Enterprise Solutions, LLC (GES), responsible for QA/QC Field Services, client connectivity and communications, and project and resource oversight, on projects throughout the United States. Billy has been personally involved in and performed inspections on over 150 new construction projects, and in excess of 15,000 residential and commercial units in his construction career. His certifications include Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP), Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) Certified Inspector – AWCI, Post Tensioning Institute Level 1 & 2 Certified Un-bonded Post-Tension Inspector, Registered Roof Observer (RRO) – RCI, ICC Residential Building Inspector, OSHA 30 and 10 hour Certification, and Microsoft Certified Professional.
