Billy has over 20 years of experience with documentation, management, development, and engineering firms across the country. His management and documentation experience comes through the combined efforts as a Business Owner, with The TIMU Group, Criterium Engineers, as an independent Documentation Consultant, and as a Project Manager. Billy is currently providing Documentation Consulting Services through Gibson Enterprise Solutions, LLC (GES), responsible for Documentation Services, client connectivity and communications, on projects throughout the United States. His certifications include Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP), Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) Certified – AWCI, Post Tensioning Institute Level 1 & 2 Certified Un-bonded Post-Tension, Registered Observer (RRO), OSHA 30 and 10 hour Certification, and Microsoft Certified Professional.
